These schools will be considered for the Dr. William P. Foster Project Award of Excellence National Award, which will be announced at the 2019 Midwest Clinic during a reception held on Wednesday, December 18, at 9:30 PM. The Division Winners will also be recognized at the NBA General Membership Meeting on Thursday, December 20, at 4:00 PM.
