Congratulations to NBA Past-President James F. Keene for receiving the 2016 Midwest International Band and Orchestra Clinic Medal Of Honor which will be presented at the beginning of the first U.S. Marine Band Concert on Wednesday, December 15 at 5:30pm in Skyline Ballroom 375AB.

Those that have been influenced by Mr. Keene will be asked to stand during the presentation ceremony.

The Medal of Honor was introduced in 1962 as a way to honor conductors, educators, composers, and others whose unique service to music education and continuing influence on the development and improvement of bands and orchestras deserve special recognition.
